We're Dustin + Yvette. Together, we're Dyve. Two founders going deep on technology for small businesses that deserve more than a help desk ticket. Hands-on, founder-led, and small on purpose.

How we got here

Between the two of us, we've been on both sides of the table. The vendor side, where you're close enough to see what gets prioritized and what doesn't when a company stops caring about its clients. The client side, where you're the one waiting on a vendor who promised they'd learn your business but never really did.

We watched small businesses pour money into tools that never connected, and energy into vendor relationships that should have been partnerships but weren't. We started Dyve because small businesses deserve better than that. And that shapes everything about how we work.

Six years at a Chicagoland MSP, helpdesk to CTO-level work across 100+ client environments. He's seen the inside of a lot of businesses and knows exactly what a healthy setup looks like versus one that's one bad day away from a real problem. Deep in the Microsoft stack, automation, and AI. Builds, fixes, sells, demos. Whatever the day needs.

What we do

We're a technology strategy and consulting partner based in Naperville, serving businesses across Chicagoland. AI, Microsoft stack, migrations, automations, ongoing advisory. If it lives inside your business and involves technology, we've probably been in something just like it.

AI changed the game fast. What used to cost enterprise budgets is now sitting in a 10-person office. The problem isn't access anymore. It's knowing what to do with it. That's where we come in.

And yes, we do plenty beyond AI. But we're really good at that part too.

Do you only take a few clients at a time?

Yes, and it's by design. We keep our client list small so we can actually go deep. The businesses we work with feel the difference in how we show up, and that only works if we're not stretched thin. If we can't give your business the attention it deserves, we'd rather say no up front.

Who do you work with?

Small and growing businesses across Chicagoland. We're Naperville-based and work with teams throughout the suburbs and the city. Most clients have 5 to 50 people. They run lean, and they know their technology could be better. They're sharp and capable. They just want someone who will dive in.

What's the difference between an MSP and a technology strategy partner?

A traditional MSP is there to keep things running. Helpdesk tickets, monitoring, break-fix. Reactive by nature, and for some businesses that's fine.

We work differently. We sit down with your business to understand where you're going, then build a technology foundation that actually gets you there. Think of it as the difference between someone who fixes things when they break and a partner who's invested in making sure they don't.
