    A 30-minute live walkthrough. You leave with a recording and clear next steps.

What the report covers

Every report is scoped to your business. They all answer the same core questions:

  • Where your team is already using AI, including shadow use on personal accounts, free tools, and browser extensions.
  • The highest-impact workflows where AI could save your team real hours every week, specific to how you work.
  • The security and compliance risks you should actually care about, given your industry and client commitments.
  • The right starting point for your business, and the things you should deliberately skip for now.
  • A prioritized recommendation for what to build, what to buy off the shelf, and what to wait on.
  • A rough cost range for each recommendation so you can budget honestly.

The credit mechanism

If you decide to move forward with the 90-Day AI Accelerator within 30 days of receiving your report, we credit the full $2,000 toward the Accelerator. The assessment effectively becomes free if you continue. No strings, no pressure. The report is yours either way.

Can we skip straight to the Accelerator? Yes. The Accelerator includes its own readiness assessment at the front end. The standalone version exists for teams that want a smaller commitment first.
